Victoria Village Inn was built in the late 1800's for a sea captain. Plank floors and Victorian charm make it a delightful place. Relax in one of our four spacious guestrooms, all with private baths. Join chef Stephen Hunter at our Inn restaurant and sample some of the Islands best seafood. Enjoy a walk around our four square block village (population 176), stroll along the beach, enjoy the warm waters of P.E.I.'s south shore or dig some clams.

Victoria-by-the-Sea offers craft shops, live theatre, sea kayaking, a chocolate factory, pottery, lobster pound, and lighthouse museum. Swimming and golf nearby.

Our licensed dining room, recommended in "2002-Where to Eat in Canada" is open June 1 until the end of September each evening five until 10 pm daily, on weekends and for special events year round. Classically trained chef/owner Stephen Hunter is well known for his creative use of fresh local ingredients such as organically grown lettuces, herbs and vegetables, sun-ripened fruits and berries, Island lamb and fresh fish and seafood. Dine in our restaurant, inn dining room or on the deck. We offer dinner theatre packages in conjunction with Victoria Playhouse.
