Lighthouse Series Every Sunday starting June 30th. Picture yourself as the lighthouse keeper aiding the many mariners at sea. What was it like that many years ago? How have things changed today? Learn through stories, songs, legends/myths and fact. Whether it be a day you want to learn or relax or both it will be a day to remember.
Many tours available, including the lighthouse series that covers approximately 47 of our Island lighthouses. Running once a week over a 6 week period and repeating to the middle of Sept. An opportunity for travelers and Islanders to visit and see many of our beautiful contemporary and historic lighthouses. Each excursion will include a lovely Island picnic. Don't forget your camera.
It is an excellent opportunity for beautiful landscape and seaside shots. Practical footwear advised. Tours and price vary per excursion. Please see individual series for departure, price and time. Please note that access to some lighthouse areas may be restricted on some days we will do our best.
